Join us after a day on the slopes for an unforgettable evening of wine and cheese tasting on Friday, January 24. We’re teaming up once again with the renowned fine cheese experts from Dags & Willow to bring you a curated experience featuring the very best cheese-forward canapés paired expertly with our Wild & Inspired collection of wines. The Wild & Inspired collection features natural wild ferment wines crafted at Georgian Hills winery from grapes grown and hand harvested at select vineyard sites in the Niagara Peninsula wine region.
Choose from 3 tasting times: 4:00, 5:30 or 7:00pm. Each tasting is 75 minutes in length, so plan to join us as an après activity or maybe before or after your Friday dinner plans!
Your ticket includes access to 5 exquisite wine & canapé pairings as well as a grazing station in the beautiful event space. Sample, sip, and savour as you explore perfect pairings and discover new favourites with the help of local experts from Georgian Hills and Dags & Willow.
