There are so many amazing products made, produced, and grown right here in Simcoe County. We love supporting our local food makers and we hope you do too! From honey and maple syrup to craft beverage, chocolate, and nuts, we have many producers who create small hand-crafted batches of goodies. We pride ourselves in farm fresh ingredients as well. From grass-fed beef and pasture-raised poultry to vegetables galore, our farms grow and harvest a wide range of products throughout the seasons.

#KatherineWants Webers famous Swiss Mushroom Burger!

If you’re a resident of Simcoe County, surely you know about Webers! You know the one, it’s always lined up out the door when you drive by. We’ve partnered with Chef Randy Feltis and #KatherineWants to put their spin on the Webers famous Swiss Mushroom Burger using some of our favourite farm-fresh products grown & Made in Simcoe County like mushrooms from Cookstown Greens, farm-raised beef from Thorganic Farms, pork from Nicholyn Farms, and bread flour from K2 Milling. Don’t forget to wash it down with a refreshing lager like the Line 12 Lager from Quayle’s Brewery!
