Here at Birch Farms we make extra large homemade Butter Tarts. We make many flavours like plain, raisin, pecan, smore, o’henri, coconut raspberry, plain coconut, maple walnut, bacon. We also due fruit tarts like raspberry, strawberry rhubarb, cherry, and blueberry. Then just to ramp it up a little we make a line of cheesecake tarts that are irresistible. Our Cheesecake butter tart is amazing as well as cherry, blueberry, lemon, and raspberry. You can buy these tarts at the fam by order our meet up with us at local farmers markets. Wasaga on Tuesday evening, Stayner on Thursday evening, Elmvale on Friday morning and Collingwood on Saturday.
